Natalia Jimenez is a passionate and value-driven Digital Transformation professional with over 18 years of experience. Natalia has worked leading cross-functional, diverse, and globally distributed teams to plan, build and launch change management, process improvement and software development programs.
She has worked with businesses in the healthcare, insurance and financial industries to streamline productivity and create customized business solutions. Natalia’s multifaceted background in business architecture and program management make her uniquely qualified to help you achieve your operational goals from the inside out.
Natalia earned her bachelors’ in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University and is certified in Program Management, Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. Prior to founding Distinct Paradigm, Natalia worked for many reputable Kansas City companies including DST Pharmacy Solutions and State Street.
