Her leadership encompasses planning, developing, and launching change management initiatives, process improvement programs, software development programs, and the establishment of new technological frameworks. Notably, she excels in updating operational processes, particularly in the realm of mergers and acquisitions. Collaborating with businesses in healthcare, insurance, and finance, Natalia specializes in crafting customized solutions to enhance productivity. Her multifaceted expertise in business architecture and program management uniquely positions her to comprehensively support your operational goals. Natalia holds a Bachelor of science in Network and communications management from DeVry University as well as certifications in
Program Management, Business Architecture, Lean Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies. Before founding Distinct Paradigm, she contributed her skills to renowned Kansas City companies, including DST Pharmacy Solutions, State Street & Gallagher Insurance.

A former standout athlete, he played football at Northwest Missouri State University, where his leadership, resilience, and drive earned him the role of team captain for four years and a position as a university delegate. Throughout his career, Dante has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and excel in highly competitive markets, particularly within the pharmaceutical and IT industries. As VP of Business Development at Distinct Paradigm LLC, he has successfully secured multimillion-dollar contracts, expanded into new markets, and led high-impact initiatives.
